Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement

Use of Photographs and Video

I hereby voluntarily release and hold harmless the Troy Nature Photo Club from all liability for use of any photographs of myself, my child and other family members while participating, watching and traveling to or from programs, events at the location specified, club meetings at the Stage Nature Center and Photographic Outing. I also hereby authorize the Troy Nature Photo Club to reproduce, copy, exhibit, publish, broadcast or distribute my image or my child's image in any and all video recordings and photographs taken while participating, watching and traveling to or from the programs, events and meetings for promotional purposes.

Participation in Programs, Events and Club Meetings at Stage Nature Center

I hereby voluntarily release and hold harmless the City of Troy, Troy Nature Photo Club and the Stage Nature Center and contractors/independent contractors from all liability for all types of damage or injuries, weather foreseeable or not, sustained by myself, my child and other family members while participating, watching and traveling to and from programs, events and meetings.

Participation in Photographic Outing

By participating in any Troy Nature Photo Club Photographic Outing, I voluntarily agree to the following:

• I am in good physical condition to the best of my knowledge and fully able to participate. I am aware of the risks and hazards connected with the participation in this event, and hereby elect to participate knowing that the associated physical activity may be hazardous to me and to my property. I assume full responsibility for any risks or loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, which may be sustained by me, or loss or damage to my property, as a result of participation.
• With my attendance in the Photographic Outing, I acknowledge that I have read the forgoing waiver of Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand it and agree to the conditions as my free act and deed. I EXECUTE THIS Hold Harmless Agreement for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by the same.

 Participation in any Photographic Outing is an assumed Hold Harmless agreement.
